TODD KILGUS

Todd Kilgus, President of the Energy Components Group (ECG), has almost twenty years experience in management, sales, and business development for the automotive and industrial industries. This includes holding executive positions with companies that provider precision machining, fabrication and assembly of high quality components to OEM's and Tier 1 customers.

Todd has combined his passion for the environment with his experience in manufacturing to create ECG. His mission is to develop new markets in alternative energy, and high tech, green energy jobs to build the future in Michigan. He holds a BA in Sales and Marketing from Michigan State University and a MBA from Wayne State University.

RICH S. PIROTTA

Rich Pirrotta, Chief Operating Officer, has twenty years experience as a management consultant and line executive, and a track record of delivering successful business growth in manufacturing, technology and e-commerce. This includes significant experience with Tier 1 suppliers that machine, fabricate and assemble complex, high quality precision components.

Rich is a frequent speaker on topics including strategy, technology, environmental management, and leadership. He has served as an Affiliated Faculty/Visiting Professor in teaching environmental management at the Wharton and University of Michigan MBA programs, and has global experience in over 30 countries. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State and a MBA from Wharton.

MARK JOHNSTON

Mark Johnston, Vice President of the Energy Components Group, has over thirty years experience working with customers and prospects on engineering, design and sales activities. This includes leading design, development, and sales of prototype, black box, and production manufacturing for components for the off-highway, military, truck, and automotive industries.

Mark also has significant experience in new facility construction and has managed programs from design to prototype to launch. He has a degree in Engineering from Macomb Community College.
