As a component integrator, program manager and manufacturer, we work with our customers from design concept through prototype development and into production. We have the technical expertise and are structured to handle a wide range of volumes and component complexity. Our capabilities include:

Scalability – We use lean manufacturing, flexible systems and Just-In-Time (JIT) methods to quickly ramp up or decrease production with minimum inventory in the pipeline to meet customer demands. We provide the capability and dedicated equipment to support our customers’ needs for rapid scaling of product and requirements from prototype to production.

An Experienced Team – From our management team to our line workers, we have a commitment to excellence. We bring years of experience and training in integration, program management and lean manufacturing, which enables us to effectively utilize control plans and manufacture to specifications.

Exceptional Quality –We have reached a quality level in parts per millions (PPM) of less than 10. The team does this by closely ensuring quality throughout the entire process. Our production process has Cp control procedures to ensure parts specifications. We quickly use customer feedback to enhance quality as part of the improvement process.

Continuous Innovation – ECG develops customized, scalable components and solutions that meet and exceed our customers’ needs. We provide our customers with continuous improvements in the development, production and assembly of products, including in the design and development of customer products and requirements.

Prototype and Design - ECG works with our customers to design and develop products that are production ready and manufacturing friendly. To that end, our team of prototype specialists has the capability to support a variety of customer requests including multiple design options.

Global Knowledge – Our team brings global experience from countries around the globe, including Europe, China, South Korea and India. This assures our components meet the most rigorous international quality standards and specifications.

Supplier Quality Assurance – We have a formal supplier quality assurance program in which we establish specifications and improvement goals for our top suppliers. We require all suppliers be certified in ISO 9000/9001 and/or TS 16949. We conduct quality audits of our suppliers and require that they have contingency plans in event of catastrophic production interruption.

Manufacturing Talent – Our fabricated parts manufacturing talent means we have a deep understanding of our supply chain including an intimate knowledge of the casting and forging processes. We work closely with all elements of our supply chain to provide exceptional component integration, program management and turn-key solutions. Customers that work closely with us have come to know and trust us. An example of that is our growing relationship with one customer that now allows us to self-certify all incoming part submissions (PPAP).
